User Responsibility

You are responsible for verifying device compatibility before purchase. We provide compatibility checking tools, but cannot guarantee service functionality on all devices. No refunds are provided for compatibility issues.

To use our eSIM services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Account Requirements

Important Billing Information

No Refunds: All eSIM purchases are final and non-refundable once the eSIM profile has been generated, regardless of whether it has been activated. This is due to the digital nature of our products.

Disputed Charges & Chargebacks

User-Initiated Termination

  • • No refunds for unused services or remaining balance

Service-Initiated Termination

  • • Non-payment or chargeback disputes
  • • Abuse of network resources
  • • Threatening or abusive behavior toward staff
  • • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

Effects of Termination

  • • Active eSIM profiles may be deactivated
  • • Account data may be deleted (subject to legal requirements)
  • • Outstanding balances become immediately due
  • • Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where eSIM Connect operates, and any disputes will be resolved through the specified procedures.
